The London Metropolitan Police call him an extremist, the National Health Service describe him as “highly mentally disturbed” and diagnosed him with borderline personality disorder, while the Royal Court has declared him a “real and present danger”. He prefers the term ‘mental’. After 10 years as an anarchist and psychiatric patient, the one-man art and activist collective the vacuum cleaner presents an autobiographical performance in which he tells his story through psychiatric records and police data.
